Thank you — your Featured listing order has been received. A receipt from Stripe is on its way to your email.
What happens next
- Send us your details. If your company isn’t in the directory yet, submit your free listing first. Then email finance@lushah.com (or reply to your receipt) with your logo, a short company description, and a cover banner image if you have one.
- We build your profile. We review your details and set up your Featured listing, including the Featured badge, description and highlighted map pin.
- You go live. We’ll email you when your listing appears in the Featured row of the Scale Company Directory.
Ordered a banner ad?
Email your banner files and destination URL to finance@lushah.com: 728×90 for the header and in-content slots (1456×180 for sharp screens), 300×250 for the homepage sidebar (600×500), and 320×100 for mobile. JPG, PNG or WebP under 150 KB. We review each banner and email you when it is live. See the media kit for placement details.
Billing
Your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel anytime; your Featured listing stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for. We don’t offer refunds for partial periods.
To cancel, switch between monthly and yearly, update your card or download invoices, use the customer billing portal and sign in with the email you used at checkout.
