Who can be listed?
Scale manufacturers, dealers, distributors, service agencies and calibration laboratories serving the United States or Canada.
Is my company already listed?
Possibly — the directory includes companies from public state registration, Measurement Canada and accreditation records. Search the directory. If you find your company, use the free listing form to claim and update it.
Are Featured listings labelled?
Yes. Featured listings are paid placements and always show a Featured badge. Payment doesn't affect our articles or guides — see our editorial policy.
Do you guarantee leads?
No. Featured improves your visibility in the directory, but we can't guarantee calls, quotes or sales.
How do I cancel or manage billing?
Use the customer billing portal and sign in with the email you used at checkout. You can cancel, switch between monthly and yearly, update your card and download invoices. Featured stays active until the end of the period you paid for; we don't refund partial periods. Billing questions: finance@lushah.com.
Can I change or remove my listing?
Yes. Contact us and we'll update or remove it.
